Question about Greddy Type S BOV

I have a Greddy Type S BOV with my newly acquired Blitz K26 TT kit.

The valve has two nipples. Which one is supposed to be used for the vacuum source and what is the purpose of the other nipple?

I did a quick search but couldn't turn up an exact answer.

edit: I'm assuming the top nipple is vac source but I'm still unsure what the purpose of the lower one is.

The top larger nipple.

The lower is just a vent for the diphragm inside.

I have seen on the WAY OLD SKEWL HKS diagrams, that the lower nipple was to be plumbed into BEFORE THE THROTTLE BODY, and the top nipple AFTER THE THROTTLE BODY.

it was designed to be used as a pop off valve as well. thats what the other port is for.
