Question about emission testing in Phoenix, Arizona

Ok so since I have recently moved from mass to Arizona i am going to have to register and inspect my car. Also my bf has a custom truck he bulit that will need to be inspected as well. Both my supra and his truck are not going to pass the emission tests. My car has no cat and pretty much no emissions on it whatsoever and same with the truck. I am wondering if anyone has a hookup on where they get this done or knows anyone that can get the emission testing done maybe for a little more cash or something? If anyone can give me any info that would be great.

Thye may or may not check for a charcoal canister, depends on the tester. I have never failed for removing an EGR on an EGR equipt vehicle. They will check for a cat though. There are allways atleast 2 people per line and then they are always changing. No easy way to get a failing car through without registering out of the county.
