Is there any way to force the ECU into open loop? Disconnect the O2 sensor? Give it a set voltage value? When does open loop happen on a MGE?
I have a MAFT Pro set up and it seems like the Maft Pro and stock ECU are fighting each other. I will make a change to the % fuel added and see a change right a way then over time the change will go away(AFR returns to what it was before).
My ultimate goal is to lock the variables that overlap between the stock ECU and MAFT Pro. For the O2 sensor the stock ECU makes changes and with the MAFT Pro I can make changes.
Setup.
6MGE with a 7MGE ECU running MAFT Pro Speed Density.
