putting 7m back in car need help

what do you guys think is easier to do put the 7m in the car with the transmisssion bolted to the engine or leave it in the car and wrestle it around i'm putting my motor back in tomorrow and would like some advice on the subject. and also is there a way to clean the turbo bearings out to make sure there is no bearing or metal shavings in it from when the rod bearing spun thanks

leave the tranny on it will make it ALOT easier trust me and the turbo bearings i have no idea GL

leave the tranny on. It is so much easier. I did my tranny today and that wasn't fun. And you shouldn't have any problem with the bearings. Just blow the turbo out.
