Oil pan gasket, Shim the wastegate (if turbo), clean oil pressure sender and the clip on OP sender contacts.

Also: MAKE SURE YOU USE THE OIL PRESSURE SENDER FROM YOUR ORIGINAL US MOTOR.

The JDM motors come with an OP switch not a sender. This is because the Japanese car that your JDM motor came out of didn't have an OP gauge, just an idiot light that would come on if there was no oil pressure.

Use plenty of RTV liquid gasket on the pan. I use almost an entire tube when I do oil pans on these engines.

While you've got the oil pan out clean the inside of it really well.

Hope that helped.

be careful with the RTV, you dont want any squeezing out into the crank case, only to get clogged up an oil passage some where and ruin your motor!

I've used too little before, but I've never used too much and clogged an oil gallery. You want to run the RTV through the middle of the oil pan "lip" but around the outside edge when going around the holes for the oil pan bolts. I usually put a smaller line of RTV around the back side of the bolt holes just in case though.

Lagged is correct about using too much and clogging things up but it's never happened to me before.

The one time I used too little I had a big oil leak. I had to raise the engine up about 4 inches so I could get the oil pan off and re-do the seal. I still have the oil stain in my driveway from that experience.

this is in the wrong section, and will soon be moved. i would use FIPG on the oil pan. it's much better than RTV. :)
