Pursuasive Speech Topic help

Hey all, so my next speech is on Tuesday, and I still have no idea what my topic should be. Obviously, as stated above, its a pursuasive speech. So far every speech has been automotive related somehow. But I cannot figure out a topic for this one! What do you all think?

i did mine on the death penalty... that is an easy one to take a side on and argue for or against it

If you want to keep it car-related, how about smog regulations? Speed Limits? Bureaucratic legislation aimed against modifying cars? Cities/states shutting down race tracks? That should get ya started...

we are in north dakota.... aside from lift and tint laws(both are good things in there own ways) we have none of that crap here. well we do have a speed limit. but it is 75 which generally is high enough. and a ticket is way cheep around here 20 over is $30

yea, north dakota is pretty laid back as far as that stuff goes. After much "brainstorming", actually my sister gave me the idea..., I have decided to write about why Phy. Ed should stay in school. Some schools are dropping music and P.E. now. Should hopefully be a pretty easy speech.
