well, i've been busy with work and school and all kinds of other bs... but its finally time to get started on "Project Poopra" as it was dubbed by a few friends of mine... lol
heres the basics- its a 1988 turbo hardtop 5-speed i got from a friend of mine, got it with a blown turbo, all the interior ripped out, and a pretty messed up head...
I've already purchased a few goodies... ct26 with 60-1 compressor, stock turbine with i believe a 10 degree clip.
HKS F-CON (came with car), HKS SSQV, HKS SMF, HKS Super Dragger (85mm catback), BIC 3" DDP, new fmic with 21x9x3" core, HKS EVC boost controller, venom 550cc injectors, 255lph fuel pump, Lexus AFM...

planned for near future include an HKS 1.2mm headgasket and possibly ARP head studs...
in a few months i plan to rebuild the block using stock rods, wiseco pistons, ARP rod bolts, and clevite 77 bearings.

basically- the plan is to make it as much of a sleeper as a supra can be- for now it will remain rusty untill i believe it deserves the new body panels which are in my shed...

this is my current project- the head. lol

cleaned up and milled down 10 thou by Weber Racing, going back to them in the next couple days to get either a 3 or 5 angle valve job- after i check to make sure the cams still fit/turn fine and dont have any problems since the head was warped pretty bad...

gah- i forgot to mention- its getting a few other goodies. hopefully before spring time ill have a Gizzmo Electronics launch controller - basically a full throttle launch gadget, which also works between gears, lowers engine to preset rpm when clutch is pushed in, so that way you keep throttle down and car in boost the entire time down the track. im not into drag racing a whole lot, but i think its cool- lol- and i plan on doing a little bit of drag in the spring...
and also- a new clutch, probably an ACT 6 puck... and new tires- some yoko A032R's on stock wheels, and another set of wheels for the back with Mickey Thompson ET Street's...

and in the way of suspension- the car already has tokico blues in front and KYB AGX's in rear, with some sort of springs- im GUESSING H&R race springs, but im not sure, and an HKS TEMS controller (oldschool HKS ftw!)
