The engine starts and runs for about 10 secs. Then when you give it some gas it chokes its self out. The rpm guage isn't even moving thats how slow engine is turning over. The CPS is aligned with the slot and every thing was on time. Any Ideas?

When you open the throttle plate, air is pushed into the engine, which is in vacuum. This air is metered by the airflow meter. Based on that and time, fuel is injected.
You are not getting the injection part. Why? I don't know, I haven't seen your car. Make sure the AFM is plugged in good, and the wires look ok.
