Hi guys,

My engine is being rebuild but i've some issues regarding the NPR rings with the Probe pistons.

Got Standard size probe and a machinist honed the block. Everything was fine but the NPR rings can't even go in the block and are way too big to fit the pistons.

The pistons are 82.96mm and the machinist "cleaned" the cylinders chamber with the clearence values.

It seems the Rings are the good ones.

NPR: SWL02311-AA / 83.000mm / FORD / FS05 / 0.50 (mm?) / H123B

What solution do i have? find some other rings? if they even exist?

here's a draw of how the top ring go in the block (sorry i suck on Paint)

you got rings for .020/.5MM over pistons!

PM Aaron at driftmotion and have him fix the issue; as you bought the pistons and got the wrong rings!
