i just got a catch can off ebay and when i hooked it up like i've seen in pictures it pressurizes the crank case. i had one side going to the valve covers and one to the throtle body. does anyone have a picture of how theirs is hooked up?

cap off the port on the throttle body. autozone has vaccuum caps.

you should have one port of the catch can going to both valve covers so place a T there. The other port should only be going to the accordian hose.

Under vacuum, air is drawn from the accordian hose over the valve covers by the throttle body orifice. Under boost, air is drawn from the throttle body over the valve covers to the accordian hose. This is full time positive crankcase ventalation, a good thing. There are no check valves anywhere in the stock PCV system.

I hope that knowing how it works will help you decide the right thing to do with your catch can.

Brian, you check my thread? That is a big port to blowing across the cam covers. Not that it hurts anything, crankcase-wise, but it's a hefty leak when your pushing the turbo hard...
