Pre 89(green plug) GTE and 89+(grey plug) GTE Igniter difference?

What is the difference? Does it make any difference weither I use the green or the grey? I have a green one that's pretty thrashed but the grey one is just fine from my parts car. Any difference?

No difference you can plug a grey one into a green connector and vice versa.
