Ok I have the smoke on decel after boosting issues and it's not the turbo b/c i replaced the turbo when this first happened, also rebuilt engine and just put it back. My friend who work at Toyota as a mechanic suggested that it could be my powersteering or break that is leaking oil either into the intake on exh when i hit hte break. I cleaned the ps pump b4 i put it back and right now after driving I look at it, it's wet with oil. Any possible vac hose down there that can get oil into intake/exh?

A failed PS idle up valve can allow PS fluid to be aspirated into the intake manifold.

I don't know if that is true, but you can eliminate the PS vacuum idle up valve by removing the line at the source and capping it off.

You actually won't notice it's gone because all it does is raise the idle "slightly" when you are turning the wheels at idle, and basically stopped.
