I think you are confused though. Power steering does not need alignment. It needs bleeding if it was emptied.

So care to clarify what you mean?

Tire alignment perhaps?

I'm thinking the pump it self needs alignment. Maybe he is tearing up belts or something.

it has to be alignment. thats the only way to center your steering wheel.
