Power steering tensioner

Hey all, On my 7mgte, how do you release the tension on the power steering belt, I've tried loosening the top bolt on the slide rail and the bottom pivot bolt but it still barely moves I am I missing something?

i think there's 2 bolts holding the pump to the bracket AND the small one at the tensioner bracket.

No your not missing anything, it is very difficult to move even with those two loosened.
