Power Steering Issue

The power steering pump has been replaced 4 times, the rack replaced once, the pps solenoid replaced once, lines replaced and or cleaned, reservoir and screen flushed and cleaned. The fluid has been flushed and replaced with ATF dex multiple times. I also added a secondary cooler in conjunction with the stock ps cooler which helped immensely on warm/hot days.
The issue is this: At cold startup, pump is quiet and power steering operates normally at idle and normal driving. Within 10-15 minutes of driving on a warm/hot day, pump starts to whine and steering requires a bit more effort.
On cool days (under 60F) the pump and steering is perfect regardless of driving length/type. No noise whatsoever.
And when I say it whines, it sounds like a pair of superchargers or worse under the hood. It's kinda embarrassing in Traffic and the exhaust can't get much louder to compensate.

Details on the car: 89 7mgte, 5 spd, 140k miles.

I can't believe the first sentence. Wow.

On a side note, have you ever pushed the system while it was cold out to heat it up a bit to see if it whines?

I agree, it sounds like a dirty screen but it was cleaned and no I have not tested the flow from the reservoir under gravity.
My other possibly incorrect assumption, is that if this was a flow issue possibly from a pinched/kinked/dirty line, their would be more issue when the fluid is cold and less viscous.

You would think, but not what I have observed. I have seen the exact same symptoms before, quiet cold, noisy hot, and the cause was always a clogged screen. The system flow rate is presumably higher with less viscous (hot) fluid, so that might play a role.

Is your reservoir and line to the pump stock?
