In my experience the high pressure line develops leaks sometimes. Other times it will just leak out the rack seals.

Replacing the high pressure line is expensive from Toyota, but you can adapt stainless braided line to work.

Pulling the rack and replacing the seals is a tough job. I had luck on one car by just running some ATF Stop Leak through the system and it worked.

I have had a leak for a long time but never been able to track it down with everything connected. When I take my turbo off for rebuild and upgrade I'm hoping to have better access to everything so I can track it down.

Front pump seal is a common leak area. A re-seal p/s pump kit can be ordered from the dealer for around $60. High pressure line is a common one as mentioned. Driftmotion (see vendor section) has a reasonably priced replacement. Whichever it is, make sure you replace the crush washer/gasket on the high pressure line @ the pump.
