how in the world do you post up a pic instead of a link to you pic web sight or the little thumbnails

Thumnails are generated by the forum software, just attach your image to the post, and it will automatically build the thumbnail for you.
If you already have a picture posted on another site, just copy the URL and enclose it with the IMG tags - square bracket IMG end square bracket at the start, then square bracket /IMG square bracket at the end.

load your picture, and instead of using the "thumbnail" choose the other option according to hwo you want it!

i went to my photo bucket album and under the pic it had url or img and i copied img and pasted to the post
