i did this one for my 240:
If i was going to do it again tho i'd fibreglass the entire trunk area and build an amp rack in the back, with 2 12s and a 10" L7 with a JL500/1 amp

Prior to fiberglassing.
Duct taped the bottom so it would not stick so bad,plus to get a good negative.
Walla! Rubberized the bottom to dampen any vibration.
Finished product!
