Possibly Picking up a MKII

i have an extreme urge to buy a nice black or white MKII and build the 5MGE to its full potential, i already have a 89 7M and was thinking that i could totally gut that and start making it my track car while i daily drive an MKII, they have to get better mileage plus there cool right? but my other thinking is that buyin a MKII will take away the track funds for the MKIII, but then again like some people say 7m's and daily driving dont mix.... i dont know im posting this i guess im just looking to rant to someone and i guess leave opinions or sugesstions....

i think MKII's can be sweet. its a SUPRA!! but i'd recomend a 7m in there:icon_bigg

and a supra being a daily driver is fine IMO. its mine and i love every minute of it. its still a car. its ment to be driven.

But seriously, a 5ms full potential is like 180hp. Drop some jaws and go 7m/1j I wish I would have.

OR I know where a super clean shell is located, might even come with an engine (6m) for the right price.

Yea dude, the 5m is pretty low output, go with a 1jz or a 7m but the guy in my town has a red mk2 been garaged thing looks show room quality and has get this, an LS1 in it with some mods, I don't know how he did it the guys like 67 or so and its sweet as heck but I bet he had to fab a lot of stuff to do it.

The 7M was built for the MKII. It's a DREAM to work on that engine in a MKII.
