porting manifolds

I was just wondering if it is worth porting the exhaust maniford, and/or the intake manifold. I have intake and full exhaust from turbo back, so there is plenty of air comming and going, also, I am planning on getting a rebuilt head.
so thats is my question

all i kow is that the stock exaust manifold is very restrictive and porting it helps. as far as how big to make it or where to get it done i dont know.

I would be doing it myself, and I would just do it a little, to help the flow.
