I'm sure I'd be able to with some practice, but I bruise easily. And pole bruises hurt. Not to mention they're unsightly.

I couldn't really tell what she looked like. From her moves, I'd guess at some point she'd been a stripper. Or she just has decent moves. Or she was drunk. I imagine mostly the latter, as she didn't seem too concerned about her swift decent to the floor.
