PLZ HELP!!!! sqeeking sound problems from the air conditioner control system!!

okie the sqeeking sounds are coming from my air conditiorer controller thing.....the buttons for high, med, low ,auto etc etc,
i had my uncle uncle install a new heater core so he had to take off the whole dash etc.....now when i press buttons u can now hear the comp. system proccessing the information or w/e..... and when i accelerate its makes a loud sqeeking sound......
now i dont know what to do...........lol
im not familiar with wiring or taking part the dash .......
does ne one know what i can do???

Yep. Tell him your problem. If you are unable to alleviate the problem yourself, the next thing is to turn to the guy who actually has done that before on your car.

Just think. If you brought your car to a garage to fix, and it came back with a squeak in the dash, would you ask us? I know I wouldn't. I'd be right back at that garage with my foot in their asses.

There are no parts in the climate controller that can squeak. What you're hearing is likely the servos that drive the blend doors, ect. The Supra's climate control is a fairly complex closed loop system and any time you have the dash out to replace a heater core or A/C evap it's best to go over the servo system and check/calibrate it. It's good practice not to focus too much on the task at hand, always use opportunities to service other stuff "while you're in there".

one time i turned on my ac and it made a sqeaky noise. that was 6 months ago and it hasnt done it since. all i did was shut off the car and turn it back on and it was gone
