What plugs and wires do you recommend for my 7m turbo?

get good 8 mm wire mags etc depends how far you want to go engine wise

i would suggest having a look at horsepowerfreaks site as listed in vendors and browse at what is avaliable then if you have any further questions ill do my best to answer them for you

and, get some autolite 3923's. i love them, and they're damn cheap. many high horsepower guys run them.

ok how about the gapping on those? I'm used to the NGK plugs on my RX7 that don't have gapping, so what do I need to gap them correctly

I run NGK iridium and NGK plug wires. They work great for me and eliminated a high RPM miss I had.

i think he wants to know WHAT to set the gap at. i have mine set at .29
