plugging the cold start injector port???

has anyone done this and if so what did you use to block it off? Because my friends car wont start and it keeps flooding and were sure it has to be the cold start. anyone with info just reply.

It's also pretty unlikely the CSI is the cause of flooding. It's a very small injector feeding 6 cylinders. And what IJ said was spot on.

already unpluged it and still happening. i doubt theres a short in the main injectors. im pretty sure the the CSI is stuck open physically and unplugging is doing nothing.

For a quick test remove the CSI lead and banjo bolt off the fuel rail and shove a bolt in with some teflon tape. Make sure you don't thread the bolt in too far.
