Plug wires

Hey i was wondering whats the best way to move the plug wires off of the valve covers? Where's the best place to relocate them so my valve covers show? Do i just need longer wires?

so you want to relocate the coil's off the valve covers? your going to need custom wires, and to extend the wires going to the packs...

or mount the coil pack to the firewall somehow, and run the wire from there. it will probably require a few extra stock length wires, or a bunch of custom ones, plus you need to rearrange or extend the stock harness to connect to the coil pack.

or better yet, do the 2JZ coil on plug conversion.

or use the VVTi wasted spark coils (don't remember if it was 2J or 1J, but I think it was 2J)

they're pretty much plug and play...

ding ding ding!!! how are they price wise compared to stock coils?

I have some hairline cracks in my coils and was thinking of replacing them, if the 2J coils are about the same price...

i found lots of sets, ranging from $20 each to over $100 each. just gotta search around...
