please help

I am having trouble with the fuel filler door. I pull the lever by the driver's seat and it moves very freely. to fill up i have to have someone pull the lever and another person use both hands to pull the door open. Is there a way adjust this?

If you pull the seat up I believe theres a tensioner screw on the backside.

yo b. pull the driver side kick sill. (4 or 5 screws) pull up the carpet and there should be a tensioner there. you need to adjust that door also man! it was rubbing some. baby steps toward having it all togther eh?

ill bet money he doesnt have the metal clip that goes on the gas door...which cause it to flip open when you pop it.

:werd: Chriso sold me a fuel door to replace my dented up POS. I put it on and it wouldn't opend I started looking and it didn't have the metal piece that my old one had. Took it off the old and put it on the new... Fixed! +1 Ideal for being right .
