please help with my 2jzgte engine won't start up

need some help with my car,yesterday my brother took my car to local shop to change the battery and he hook up the new battery but he was put the wrong negative and possitive input,the main fuse is blow ,put the new one in and i was double check for all fuse but the engine won't start up,it was crank ,all i smell is fuel without spark..since my car is gte swap i don't know what else to check ,efi fuse is fine, all other fuse is fine..please help me out...thank a lot..

There is a fuse inside a small wire that goes directly to the positive battery terminal... Fusable link?

Anyways, it's wired in and you can't really see it or tell if it's there. Check the TRSM, but I'm sure that there's something you can do to replace it, if it's the problem.
