I had an almost brand new Yokohama tire blow out on me the other night, and unfortunately it took one of my wheels with it. Now, these weren't super great wheels or anything, but they matched the car very well, were pretty light weight, and I want to replace the damaged wheel which is pretty rashed on the outside, flattened in a couple places inside, and the bead seat is kinda hosed.
The problem is that the company who made these wheels has not made this model for several years, so I can't get one new. The other problem is that they have no model number or name so I don't even know where to start looking for a replacement, since I don't know what it's called.
The wheels were made by a company called 'Prime' who is in fact still in business but seem to have amnesia regarding this particular wheel. I think it was a fairly common wheel in its day (early 90's or so) and there may still be some lurking around somewhere; maybe somebody even curbed their set but they've got a spare one in the garage, who knows...
Anyway, here's a picture:
Thanks for any information.
