I remember the different bachelor pads I lived in. One was 2 bedroom, 1 bath and the other was 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath like yours. The price difference was huge between the two, but one of them had dock access, a pool and a tennis court. :D

LMAO!! Dude once me and my friend were house-sitting his uncle's $500,000 dollar house - and my dumb friend had a pizza in the oven. We all went out to get videos, and he totally forog tit was in there. We came back to find firetrucks, the entire neighborhood outside on their front lawn, it was ridiculous. We felt sooo awful. The house was fine, just mad smoke was bellowing out of the oven, and the pizza had heated up so hot, that the pizza stone cracked into 3 pieces - LOL

After that, we hit up his uncle's liquor cabinet and got silly fresh!!!

I need to move out. I'm 23, living at home - trying to save for a house. Now that I finally graduated college, and working full time, I can save some real money.

Have fun at those bachelor pads, fellaz!

depends on your area. $650 a month is pretty cheap for the area I'm in for a 2 bed apartment.

Renting serves its purpose. Not everyone is ready to handle the responsibility of owning

Congratulations on the place. Have fun with it
