I will be installing a Maft-Pro in the next week or so. I am looking for some ideas for the best way to get ride of the afm. I will be converting to speed density with the maft-pro and will no long need the afm.

The pipe will need to clear the power steering reservoir. Also will be connecting to a 57 trim ct-26.

thanks for any help

My set up is very similar to "viper"s. I'm using 3" piping from the turbo inlet (57trim); yanked the washer jar; cut a 3" hole where it came through the apron; ran the pipe through; cut a section of the inner apron (it divides the washer jar location from the area behind the bumper/foglight) and I'm using a AEM 5" dryflow filter. All the air from the opening in the GRacer bumper comes straight in on the filter. Gets it out of the engine bay away from the hot ambient air in there. I still use all my engine under covers to keep debris out and engine temps down. Fits nicely. I'll post pics next time I have the bumper off. I don't suggest it in the rain, but then again, I don't drive it in the rain.
