Picture request...

Anyone who has an original battery tie down/clamp that is still on the car can you post a picture of how it mounts? I see the one bolt hole for the bar by the drivers side headlight, but I don't see any other places for it. I am trying to rig something up for inspection and my tie down was rusted off, all that was left was the bolt and 2" of the strap.

The rear mounts w/ a 8" bolt w/ a "J" bend @ the bottom. It hooks into a hole or loop down @ the base of the battery tray on the back side of the battery. The top would stick up through the battery bracket, and a nut would tighten down to hold the bracket snug on the top of the battery.
