ok this problem needs to be fixed now becuases its making me mad. sometime when I floor the gas the pedal like gets stuck, so this is dangerous as when i got to shift it liek red lines or when i push the clutch in it redlines. At first i though it was the shitty aftermarket pedals on it but i took thoses off and it still does it. IT doesn't seem to be catching on the floor mat or anything. I was thinking it may have something to do with the cable thingy at the throttle body. becuases when i push the pedal right to the floor it doesn't open it up all the way liek 3/4 of the way (unless its sopuses to do that) so mabye I was thinking there is a way to tighten the cable or something becuases it does seem slack or something. Any idea guys???

check the throttle linkage on the top of the valve covers. that's most commonly the problem. figure out where it's sticking, and make it un-stuck. ;)

Just get rid of that throttle linkage altogether with a longer cable.

that's the best bet. and the throttle feel is WAY better than stock.

I was ready to do it, but decided to strip my car basically to a shell, so that's on the bottom of the list right now. But, basically what you do is remove the linkage, and make a bracket to hold the cable end by the TB. Then you attach the other side to the pedal and you're good to go.
I bought one of those Spectre cables at Autozone that are braided steel. Looks great, and comes with all the end adapters you'll need.

Now someone who has actually done it, please step up and fill in what I missed. :)
