Ok lately the overflow on our 90T keeps filling up. i just put a new 180Tstat in it, it runs fine... so it's not running hot. I did notice the previous owner put in a replacement radiator (plastic from Autozone). I also noticed the Rad Cap is ORIGINAL. I'm thinking the spring rate wore out so it's not keepking pressure on the system. My brother's LS1 Trans am just did this few months ago... rad cap wore out. Our Rad cap is 16yrs old and has 92K miles on it. No the oil doesn't look milky, car runs fine and has no smoke except some oil smoke on start up which i'm 99% sure is from a worn turbo. what do you guys think?

That's good to hear. I like to hear that. On my brothers LS1 it would actually be blowing the overflow all over the driveway if you ran it long enough. put a new cap on it... problem fixed. So I guess replacing the Rad cap is a good routine maintance thing.
