Have you changed the antifreeze lately? If not Blown head gasket. Do compression check and/or block test. If you have changed fluid, burp system and do jiggle valve mod.... search

yes i have flushed the system. Havent done a comp test or block test.

Then most likely you have trapped air in your system. Burp your car and cut off the jiggle valve. I had the same problem after I had my MHG installed. Every time I would stop coolant came out the overflow. Very annoying because my car runs so good and smooth... made it look like a POS, but it wasn't. Anyway after doing test after test i finally figured out there was trapped air in my cooling system. I burped the system and cut the jiggle valve off and bam, problem solved. If you do this and it still happens, then plan on a costly rebuild coming your way, because you have a ::bhg::

i know this might sound stupid, but make sure your radiator cap is ok. check to see if the rubber is cracked or the spring is weak. if your cap isn't working it will lower the boiling point of the water making it overflow. i had this problem on one of my old trucks before. it's the simple things that usually don't get looked at.

Does any one have a link to a write up or somthing on this jiggle valve mod?

Just cut it off the thermostat with a pair of snips...it's that simple.

A bad rad cap will push coolant out as stated...since the rubber is bad on yours, it may fix it.

Otherwise, you really need to get a NAPA block tester to see if you have exhaust gas in the coolant.

By the way JDUB, thanks for originally telling me about the jiggle valve mod, I was at my wits end with the spitting coolant. After burping and that mod i havent spit since
