Ove Andersson RIP

Just got this notice he passed from the T.O.R.C. mailing list.


Maybe u guys never heard of him. He was the crazy Rally Driver back in the days that ran the MK3 along with some other Toyotas. He made Toyota famous in the Rally races.

"Ove pioneered the use of Toyotas in world-wide motorsports. His achievements are unsurpassed by any Toyota team. He led Toyota: in competition from the deserts of Africa, the hillsides of Monte-Carlo, the straights in Le Mans- and it all started from a small garage. Passion, dedication, and ability."

RIP. Seem like he lived a very full life to me.

Thats most unfortunate. Jugodegolf hit it right on the head, defiantly lived life to the fullest.
