Hey guys!

I was tearing up Hwy 9 out in the mountains the night before last to see what my new Supra could do. It was fantastic- except when I was taking left hairpin turns at between double and triple the "recommended speed", I noticed my coolant light (birdcage wtf?) came on.

It only comes on when taking really hard left turns (as in, "if I didn't have sticky tires, I'd be sliding" hard), which makes me figure it's pulling coolant away from a sensor.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

First post didn't even mention BHG... nice.

^ What he said though. The overflow/res located up in the front of the engine bay. Just trace the hose from the top of the radiator and you'll find it.

Yeah its the coolent sloshing around in there. Might be a hair low. Just make sure you monitor your coolent and your oil like a new born.

Bad sensor, sensor isn't hooked up... 'bout the only two things I can think of.

my sensor is finicky, sometimes it will just randomly light up the birdcage, and if I wiggle the hose going into the overflow it goes off again. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if it only happens on hard turns.
