Opinions on turbo for 1jz

My stock twins are finally smoking. Im either looking for another set of twins in good condition or just spend the money on a single turbo. Not really looking to make alot of power. My question is whats a good set up for a good price that spools quick. Looking to get between 350-450hp at most if i go down this route. Looking at the BW S360 and GT3076. Also should i run 440cc's or 550cc's? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

id get the gt30 for your goals. the s360 will be laggier and is capable of much more power than you are after. Id recommend using 550s. are you planing on running the stock ECU?

Going to run the stock ecu for a while til i do bigger cams. Only planning to run 12 psi max.

you can use 440s in that case. if you want more than 12 psi 550s, afpr, safc.
