OMG I"M ABOUT TO FLIP OUT ON MY CAR

All this stuff keeps happening, my power window didn't work lately, so i tried to rig up a switch so it would go up while still using the down button on the normal switch. I hooked it up and it worked on and off. Eventually i found all i needed was a ground and use the added switch, no power from the battery. Figured that out and all of a sudden nothing works! neither side, now my guage lights won't turn on either...whattheFFFUUUUUKKK is going on! no the fuse it NOT blown....somebody help before i pour gasoline on the car and light it!!!!!! :icon_mad: :icon_mad: :icon_mad: :icon_mad: :icon_mad:

^hahahahhaha, your the f'n man. I am an idiot. Neither of my power windows work now though...got a smart answer for that to help out?

Its been a long very difficult, and emotional day...this was just one of those things that set me off

hopefully its something easier like oh my cable was loose

OK ok, i've been looking through the manual. I've found my power windows/seat/locks don't work. Theres only one thing in common here...its the fuse marks 22 in the owners manual. I pulled it but its like none i've seen before, i shook it and it has a rattle...does that mean its bad? Also, the two relays surrounding it...are they relays to the power windows/seats/locks? or is the only relay for the windows the one next to the defroster, (upper left side of driver side kick panel).

When in doubt...replace the fuse...LOL

It would have been easier to take apart the window switch and clean the contacts its a very common problem.

haah i pulled the dimmer switch all the way down and freaked out till the GF just leaned over and rolled it up fixed it.

hey does anyone know of a easy way of looking into the kick panel?? it is a pain in the ass to check all the fuses in their....i just wanna make sure my electrical problems anin't from any fuses...

I would say that 50% of mk3 Supras have at least one bad window switch by now, so it's ok to put down the gas can and put the lighter back in your pocket.

It rattles, i took it apart and used a screw driver to tighten teh screw cause the contacts were lose...problem solved...thank god.

Passenger side window still won't work....and YES i've thoroughly cleaned alll contacts

I've been a little on edge is all...little things have been setting me off since i was trying to get back to school, my knock sensor was going off and knowing my grandpa is on his death bed right now isn't making things easier

I shouldn't ever have to worry about BHG while i own this car, theres a 2.0mm metal HG on there.

I was lucky enough to find a low mialge N/A and yank the switch out of it, sometimes the cost of replacement is worth less agrivation...
