So i have been ordering TONS of parts for my lincoln this week off ebay. I have ordered 7 items all from different people. Problem is I liste dmy zip code wrong. I have the city correct but the zip code is wrong.

Every other place I have bought from had it fixed or asked me about it before shipping my item.

I bought 10 mandrel u bends yesterday noticed I still hadent corrected my zipcode, and immediatly sent the place I bought it from an email about it. They shipped the package to the wrong zip code and used the city attached to that zip code. Obviously their is no way I will get the package.

They say because I gave them the wrong zip code on paypal i should pay the 10 dollar redirect, i think they should since I gave them the correct city but wrong zip code, and immediatly sent them an email about it.

What do you say SM?

I have to agree with them. It was your mistake, and not ultimately their responsibility to catch it. It would be great PR for them to do you the favor and take care of it, but I don't think they have any obligation to do it. Overall, it's a good thing that the problem can be taken care of for only $10. Just my 0.02 ;)

sorry man but its your mess-up, not the company's. imagine if it had gotten all shipped to another address and someone else claimed your item; who would be out the item and the money?

lucky its only $10. maybe ask if they will split it with you but really i would expect to pay that myself alone.

Pay the fee, people use zip codes exclusive anymore and pay no attention to the city/state. Its not there job to look up the zip and make sure its correct before shipping, your mistake your 10$ fee.

In that case, I think you should have to pay the $10 redirect fee AND a stupid tax to the company that sold them to you, for making them read your whiny emails. ;)

pay for it. You knew it was wrong, but didn't bother changing it until after it was ordered.
