OK So my battery died, there was corrosion on the + terminal and I couldnt even jump it it was so covered. Cleaned it all up, jumped it, went to wally world. Got an Everstart MAXX 35s (850 Crank Amps) and some new terminals and some protective shit...
Put in the new battery there to get it started.... the car starts, idles at 500rpms... wait a min, cranks up to 750 and has stayed thre for a 5 mile drive.
Im wondering how hte fuck its ok now, I didnt set my timing right ( didnt bypass ECU) well I did change my 02 Sensor few weeks ago, and I though I reset the ECU but maybe not. The car has been idling at 950 after 5 mins of running since my rebuild, starts at 1000 then idles at 950 at temp. Now its steady 750 after new battery... Any explanations other than just resetting ECU?
