well, i dont know what kind of oil to put in my supra. I herd that ams oil was good, but im not really shure. can anybody give me any advice> :biggrinbo

Try some napoleon extra virgin olive oil. :yelrotflm
Sorry, but you will get so many different opinions that it could start a flame war. I'd go with a synthetic (castrol isn't a true synth BTW) personally. I think the biggest thing to worry about with your oil is how much of it is in your pan.

heres a good formula
the older the thicker, or under 50k miles 10w40 is good, like in the 120k range 15w30 or 40 or some even do 50
your choice of synthetic or normal most go w/ synthetic
from there you make your choice i geuss
i got 70kmiles and run 10w40 mobil 1 w/ one quart of lucas stabillizer
