oil weights?

Hey everybody. Just wondering if running 5w50 oil in my 7m is a good idea as I recieved a bunch of it for free? I have never seen it before and i cant find any info in the forums. The brand is Trust and I also have some from hks

what kinda oil is it?

i personally run 15w50 mobil pretty much all year round.

little thick for my liking if your not constatly dogging the motor but it works.
