Oil smoke once car is warm and idling

Guys, to follow up on this thread:

...the car is running well now. I fixed it probably a month after posting here. The problem was that the timing belt was one tooth off at the crank. Now that it's fixed it's provided me with about a year of trouble free driving.

Except...

There's a lot of oil smoke once the car is warmed up all the way and idling. There's no smoke on startup and I've already replaced the turbos with another used set of turbos. That didn't fix it although it was a huge pain in the ass to do.

I'm thinking valve stem seals on the exhaust side. I think that they could have been burnt with the retarded cam timing provided by the belt being off a tooth.

Anyone care to give an opinion? I replaced the PCV Valve and then eliminated it completely during my test procedure. Neither made a difference.
