Oil restrictor HKS T3G-Kit???

Hello guys

I have a Soarer 1JZ with the HKS T3G kit.

The turbos are ball bearing or journal bearing?

I have read that they are ball bearing, and have also installed a 0.7 mm oil restrictor?

is that correct? or does this get out, because journal bearing?

I had the same kit. Its not BB turbos, and I use the lines that HKS made for them. no restrictor.
