Does the balance shaft have to be in a certian position? Reason i am asking is bacause I am changing my front main seal today and I know the baance shaft is going to turn. Are there any marks to line it up?
There is no balance shaft. What you are probably refering to is the oil pump drive shaft and no, it does not make a differance as to what position it is in.
