after i just did the gte swat i just recently started driving it, and i have noticed that my oil preggure gets extremly low at times, wat would be the average psi like when it is idleing when it is warm? thanxs

The serious solution here is to remove the oil pump, and shim the relief valve ~6mm. That'll net you some pressure along with a remote filter bypass, doing away with the GTE oil filter mount, and an inline oil cooler thermostatically controlled. Those combined should get you some real oil pressure.

you don't know what burning oil is. Thats the way my 89 N/A was at first. Sometimes the pressure is good and sometimes there was no pressure at all. Let my sister borrow it for a week and boom bye bye engine. Just finished dropping a gte in today. damn its hot out.

I was burning at the slowest rate ever could barly see the smoke but smelled pretty bad, not sure if its supposed to smell. Thats all behind me now that I have gte in it now.

I've noticed that if I'm climbing a hill, the reading will be less. Going down a hill the pressure would read either normal or a tad bit higher.
