Oil pressure sould be between 20 and 80 during driving.
At idle it should be between 10 and 40
( all according to the owners manual )

At idle the minimum is 4.7psi... A little over 40psi during driving is nothing to worry about, theres plenty of people here running shimmed pumps and 70+ psi at 3k rpm's.
I always run a tad over forty lbs. That is as long as I haven't let the oil get too low! At idle I'm normally between 10 and 20.
