What does this mean? should i be worried?

It was a ggod amount but not enough to soak the whole head it was only on that plug none of the others..The head is still pretty clen inside so i dont think it is the vavle cover gasket but it could be.

Reason i changed them was because the car was missing through full throttle pulls (problem fixed :) )

Old ones where 6 heat index NGK's gapped to .38 when i took them out.

new ones are NGK BK7RE's gapped to .28

Thats for oil on the spark plugs and wires in the galley,.

If there is oil on plug in the cylinder thats something else. Could be valve stem seals.

Ok so here are some pictures. good news is it seems to just be valve cover gaskets butim still burning enough oil to blow out smoke those few times. but im running pretty rich.

You sure the oil is not dripping onto the plug when you pull it out?

Looks like either of the 3 valve cover gaskets.

When specifically do you burn oil? If it even is oil.

Better yet what color is the smoke?

its only smoked twice and it just started yesterday after i did the plugs.

Once when i left the gas station after a 30 to 65 pull (Roughly not full throttle) i stopped at a light and saw some smoke come past my car. Grey colored.

2nd time about 2 hours later the same thing when i stoped at a light.

Has not happended since. i even reved it up to see if i can get some smoke to come out and nothing.Maybe alittle black from running rich

No. 3 valve cover gasket. Leaks oil into where your plug goes then when you pull the wire off and then pull the plug out it runs down into the cylinder causing it two smoke that oil off the first bit of driving. That's my experience anyway hopefully it helps

I sure hope so. but as its still happening a couple days later im not sure its the case :(

Cause it definitly has me convinced its burning oil (Blue Gay colored smoke) it happened today on cold start up.

What i don't get is i never had this problem until 2days ago when i changed the plugs from NGK's BCPR6E-GP (.38gap) to NGK's BK7RE (.28gap) installed Mods are listed in SIG and make boost i hit is 10.5 to 11lbs.

Anyone have any idea's im really hoping its just those valve cover Gaskets but i dont have the extra cash for about 2weeks. its my DD also so i can't park it until then. and as i said be for it just started when i changed the plugs..

If your burning oil on cold start ups its the valve stem seals.

The oil getting into the spark plug valley is the no3 valve covers. There is a napa part number for drain plug seals that seal it up nice. You just remove the black no3 valve cover after. As long as the wires are good they will stay on the plugs plenty fine.

Its likely both problems just happened at once. Its the way the 7m likes to work to some people.
