Oil line on 7mge?

I was pokin around the engine bay and I saw something that looked like to be a spot for oil lines for a turbo on my 7mge right underneath the oil filter. I did have a jdm engine put in a couple years ago...

Negative sir. That would be a pressure port.

Have a looksee. Circled in blue would be the turbo drain. Circled in orange would be pressure ports. Yellow arrow would be turbo feed.

The port shows up on the oil schematic. 86 the Fram...
