Oil Leak from Dipstick hole where it mates to the block?

I have a newly rebuilt (by myself) engine that I recently put into my car. I noticed that I have a consistant oil leak that drips every
few seconds. It is dripping from the oil pan on the passenger side near the engine mount and the oil pan drain plug.

The thing is that the block is oily, not just where the pan is, which makes me think that the pan is sealed correctly. It almost seems that it is dripping
from behind the engine mount. I checked all of the turbo oil line (feed, return) and the oil filter and oil cooler lines. All of them seem fine.

I took out the dipstick and watched that area for leaks when the car was on but I couldn't see any oil coming from the dipstick hole or from the oil
feed/return lines which are right near there.

Could it be possible that the hole in the block is damaged and that I am leaking oil from there? I found a good picture online that shows where the
dipstick mates to the block. I don't think that that spot would be a problem but I can't see any other place for it to leak. Too bad the engine mount is
blocking off that entire section.

Didn't know there was a seal on the dipstick tube. Mine was a little loose so I put a dab of RTV around the tube and let it set until cured seems to be holding OK. I thought it was just a "pressed fit" and mine had just lossed the tight fit.
